major liteon flashing problem

in short, i have tried to flash my liteon from 1.51-1.6, i've erased the firmware and my 360 flashes green meaning it doesnt recognize the drive anymore... so basically i need to power the drive so i can connect it back and reflash, but im wondering is it impossible to power it through my 360 now since i don't think i have another way to get power to it

Yes you can use your 360 to power the drive, and just have the SATA connected to your PC;

can i ask what make of version of lite-on you have? and was it orinally flashed from stock by someone else? did you power it via the 360 last time?

can i ask if you rechecked the connectiions to the 360 mobo and dvd before you reassembled the 360?

Defo check this, I did this other day after I upgraded my sammy to 1.61, I thought I has bricked my drive.

no, its definetly an empty drive, i did the lite-on erase and didnt power cycle when i should have... its not a connection problem... so without the 360 recognizing the drive is it still powering it? since my jungleflasher no longer recognizes my drive either, even after manually half opening the tray
