i am trying to flash a lite on 83850c and i am following the leerage tutorial. I am using the 360 to power my drive and the point that im getting stuck on is the move drive to full open position??

everytime i press ok i get the lo83info extraction failed message.

Does this mean its a new kind of drive because im sure i am doing everything right.

it is very likely you have the unflashable one. but only way to know for sure is to try flashing with a ck3 kit that way you can controller the power more effectively. if it fails then, i would would say you have the unflashable one.

1 good thing is that i saved the guys warranty sticker thogh so he will be pleased : )
