Ive been hit by a ban it looks like on 1.6 my kids console went down mine didnt both benq with 1.6. i was gonna update this mornign but xbox get 3rrod called m$ console is tampered ith whats the last game you played they asked me borderlands so what watch out....

I would suggest staying off live as some people are losing the ability to install games to the hdd. Once you connect to Live that will be disabled, if you are flagged to be banned. I'm not going on Live, my console works fine so in a few months when I have some extra cash i'll be buying a new console for legit games only and online play.
