I am going to flash my 360 samsung drive tonight with iXtreme 1.6. I've sent my console in about 2 times, they never give me a new one, just the same one but repaired, I also have it registered on XBOX.com. I know its not 100% safe to do anything with a flashed 360, but does that increase there chances of finding me?

You having your console repaired and/or registered doesn't have anything to do with them "finding" you. You are "found" by using un-stealthed games, patched/converted games, playing game before release, and other "dumb" decisions.
