Guess your banned lol? Just like others and trying to think that since you got banned you did everything right and everyone else is going to get banned cause you are mad. Haha well I don't plan on getting banned me and my bro, 4 friends, and my cousin all have modded consoles. We all play a load of backups and no one is banned yet. I got tons of consoles though so it's all good even if i get banned, but i bet none of us will :)

no have not been banned,,but there are guys out there that have done everything to a tee,,and have been hit,,so all i can say is M$ is going to have a merry chri$tma$,,bonuses for employees,,,thanks bill,,

if you read my post before i said there are people that are doing everything to a tee and still getting banned,,not talking poop,,but the ones getting hit the hardest are the ones playing early,,,

This is a lot more then just the people who played early games while connected to Live. Those were simple individual bannings, what we have now is mass rolling bannings.
That guy can talk all he wants about running 1.61 on new machines but until he runs 1.51 and 1.6 and gets the same results, I'm voting that MS can detect the firmware. Or, at least when you play a game. Could be different just sitting on the dashboard or playing a XBL game.

Playing games early on live is too risky. I have plenty of games that were unverified that had to get patched once it verified in ABGX. some of the stealth files or PFI or DMI had to be patched. So playing online you will be flagged.
