ok my xbox got 3rrod and error is 0110 I had ix1.6 on it called M$ for service they said it wasnt eligible cause it was tampered with.
is it banned or is it 3 rr0d? iam guessing banned but Ive read other can still play theirs just not online?
Its nothing more then bad luck your hardware failure has nothing to do with being banned, When your banned you lose the function to install games to your hd, your save files are corrupt and of course you cannot connect to live anymore that's it.
nope this boots for about a minute you get to main screen then freezes then get rrod till it cools off then it boots again then freezes. But how would they know it was tampered with and will still get banned

WTF are you talking about? The only feature that is disabled if the console is banned is the ability to connect to Xbox Live. You can still install games and you can still save your progress in games.
MS does not send anything to the console telling it to disable features. The banning is on their end so when the console attempts to connect, the server will simply say you can't connect and here is a error code.

You're wrong about this. In this ban wave, they also disable the install to hard drive feature on the banned console and that includes accessing any games that are already installed. That definitely happens to everyone that gets banned. The gamertag/saves thing is affecting people too, although I don't know if that's by design or of it's affecting everyone.
This is what happens when you try and install a game on a banned console now: -
incorrect do some research since the most recent patch if you are banned you no longer can install any thing to your hard drive aside from cd's, game saves and profiles they corrupt all your save files and profile. If you think this is a lie i will hook up my un banned 360 with my current hd that holds my "banned" data and show you both new features. you are wrong.
