HI firstly lats time i wa son here was about a year ago and i managed to do a psp1000 all ok with my pandora battery ( bought)
all worked ok and good then.

How ever i now have a psp 1003 ( white uk i think ) with OFW 3.93.

I have loads of psp downgrades you can think of and tried most all of them but im not sure but think my pandora battery is not working. nothing happens when i put it in?

I am using XP also have a GREEN sandisk pro duo 1.0gb magic gate stick

usb cable is good and can access psp no problem.

i have followed all and every guide but and do get some files in my MS game section to activate but keep getting error ( 80020148)

can some one please point me in the right direction as im now so confused with it all.

OH and PS this new psp will be for my son for xmas
Have i bought an odd psp to crack ? ( even tho im sure i saw that all PHATS can be?

Use this guide, however the chickhen files are for a Slim

use google to find chickhen r2 modified (use the ones for a phat) - put these files in the photo instead.

Thanks Kittymat,

I got it working by EZ503HenFATversion the easy instal for PHAT psp1003. :)
All work great ( i did have to go down to the .tiff in photos section a few times about 4 ) then it just worked. :)
my system now says 5.03 ChickHEN R2

I think thats right and it did colour flicker screen first .
Only thing is if i shut down psp then re start it goes back to normal 5.03 even though i re do it each time can this be stopped?

also i have some .iso games that worked ok on a psp1000 phat i tried loading into psp /game section but nothing there.

then i read make a directory in root called : ISO
AND LOAD THERE so i did still nothing

any help and sorry there are 2 issues here

help psp 1001 phat 5.00 m33-4 sees game on memory stick but when i select the game that i want play it get stuck at black screen and wont load any more
