Anyone know if my profile can be banned if i keep playin offline on my banned 360 then later switch it over to my new 360? Like if i were to play something early then days later download it to my new 360.

No. But but if you play a game early on your banned 360 then connect your gamertag on live before the release of that game hide your game/achievement in the privacy setting because some person will report your gamertag on xbox forum. Me and 3 of my friend played Forza 3 on my xbox before the release date, (none of them got a modded 360 and its the only game they played) 2 of my friend were gamertag banned because some people report their gamertag but me and my other friend got the privacy setting on we are still there. I dont know if it a coincidence or not but its what im thinking.

Yeah, I believe there are gamer-snitchers out there. probably jealous that they don't have the "perk" of being able to play early.
