Can you get banned for this?

Ok looked around and can't find the answer. I have a banned xbox , and i have a non banned non modded xbox. Can i play mw2 on my banned xbox with my hd and account and get achievements and saves, and then later go online with my unmodded xbox without risking anything really?

Nope your always risking it but saving the game and achievements on your harddrive you mise well play on your unbanned system.

they cannot banned your 360 if your 360 is not modded, the only thing they can do is banned your gt if you play some game early(forza3/borderlands)

This question has been asked lots of times. The most that could happen on your unmodded xbox is that the gamertag will get banned NOT THE CONSOLE.
