I went to flash my lite-on drive. I had everything together, had the Ck3pro kit ready to go with the probe. Then I did the mistakable :(
I plugged the power connector upside down. Now, I have been reading on this and mine doesn't seem to be like others. Mine started to smoke like others, and I quickly pulled it out. I still have hope though, because I let it cool and it wouldn't eject or anything. I took a screw driver, small precision on, and placed it where the hole was, making contact and my drive booted up, and ejected. It was also read in JF. :) But my problem is now, that the screw driver pushed the wire down. Look at pictures.
