I just got banned i updated my benq to 1.61 using my ck3. and i just so happen to be playing around my network and notices a few instant changes to my connection info on my router. after a refresh it went back to normal. look at my gateway and my 360 ip is 192.168.2.133

look at the gateway it should be internet ip. should be like 192.168.1.1 not anything with xbox on it

i have no idea what happend, just the fact that this happend RIGHT when i got banned is strange. that shouldnt be possible. and my internet was down for a few min. so it does seem M$ sent out some type of Probe or signal to ban my console. but just how it seems to me.

Interesting, my internet unusually went down the other day but i never checked any settings, im not banned yet though. So your saying maybe they bypassed your router to make it almost a direct connection? making it easier to check xbox statistics?

Clearly something they are pushing direct to the 360 thorugh port 3074 UDP?, hmmmm. Me thinking about disabling that port for now lol.

This could however point to the fact that it isnt a list built up over time, but something that is happening constantly to try and remove flashed consoles from live.
