ok ive been burning games with no issue for my xbox 360, i formatted my computer and now imgburn is giving me this ??

Couple things it could be...

1.) Burner is dying (Replace it)
2.) Media is sucky (Ritek certainly is - try another brand or another batch)
3.) You are burning too slow (try burning faster than 2.4x)
4.) Burner's firmware may be outdated - find a newer version

Seems to me that burning at a faster speed would be the easiest potential solution to start with.

Dug a teensy bit further and Pioneer themselves says that this error is usually caused by bad media.

$38 on new discs -- Check
$15 on burn after burn that showed as a DVD -- Check
$11 on new laser -- Check
$28 on new multimeter -- Check

That's the thing about sucky media. They are inconsistent.
