Do you have it installed as an IOS or boot2? If installed as an IOS, it can be lauched via the Homebrew Channel: Press Home button, and then select Bootmii IOS. If installed as boot2, you can set the boot delay in the Bootmii Configuration Settings file to a value other than 0. Alternatively, you can get Bootmii Configuration Editor to edit the boot delay.

Actually, you can just download Bootmii Configuration Editor through the Homebrew Browser. This app should let you adjust the boot delay in bootmii.

Open the bootmii Configuration Settings (icon with gear) file in Notepad. You can find this file inside the bootmii folder that is placed in the root of your SD card. Look for boot delay=. Put a value of 5 or 10 immediately after the italicized text. Whatever value you put will equal to that number in seconds.
