People who have had their xboxes modded for longer know..

There has been a pattern of bans during November.

This is not like the other bans, however:

Out best hope is that Microsoft follows its routine and stops the hammer after November until then:

1. Turn off your xbox
2. Remove your hard drive
3. Pull your ethernet cable
4. Play your games without internet connection/saving capability till the end of November or until a solution is discovered.

Heres a thought either get 2 units one for offline only play and one for online legit play only or maybe...just maybe....wait until the game is out before you play it.....

Copyright infringement is nothing more than civil disobedience to a bad set of laws. Lets renegotiate them.

MS can still detect you.

Any possible miracles that would save us all and stop all this nonsense?

Part of the thousands banned on XBL from Fall 2009 Ban Wave. Well, we took the risk and we had to pay!

People have to realize that when they modded their console they took the chance of getting banned. Now that we all played for it, we have some options.

1) Buy another 360.
2) Wait until there's a possible fix.
3) Just play offline.

Honestly, I don't really care about being banned. I think it's a break from angry German kids on GTA and noobtubers on COD. Plus, it gives me time to play my dusty PS3 and get back to PC Gaming like the Ol' times.

Actually the port 3074 topic is interesting. I have 2 xboxes plugged in and only the one in port 3074 got banned, now it was the same way during the last ban wave but I didnt have it one that port and I didnt get banned. I recently did that cuz I read online that it was the best way to have 2 xboxes online at the same time. Just my 2 cents

We shall see I've got 5 360's hooked up with various flavours and colours on the end of the ethernet cables I just hope none split and let "xbox aids" in.

I read about port 3074. I wonder if this can actually block m$ future bans... I said this on another post but I don't know much about networks so I can only assume.

Unlikely as you are basically banned before you even connect to live, you just dont know it yet

Not to mention that even if this is true, once they realize that people are blocking the port they will just use another one...
