So I got hit by the ban wave, and bought my new 360 at the Wal-Mart sale today. My banned console is a Lite-On with iXtreme 1.51, and here is my question.
I really don't feel like opening my 360 to update to 1.6 or wait for 1.61, I would much rather just patch the game and play it since my console is banned and all. But I do know that infromation from the game you play it stored somewhere, and it will obviously show up on your gamerscore. My question is, if I play patched and unslealth games on my banned console, then put my HDD on my new console, will it send the game info to M$ and cause my new 360 or my account to get banned? Same thing with early games...

Thanks leerage, I was going to put my system online, But Im not going to test the waters now. Im just going to use it for offline play, havent logged in since thursday but i bet im flagged already and just waiting to be ban. Im a just use unmodded console for live
