Flash back to original firmware Benq

Hi guys,
After waiting for my ban to come through my 360 decided to throw a fit and give me a RROD so I have just returned to an original firmware ready to send back to M$, unless there are permanent fixes i can do myself. I have 3 questions really:
1) I downloaded a pack of original firmware for my model and have 3 files
org-64930c_b030.bin
org-64930c_e030_1.bin
org-64930c_e030_2.bin
I have flashed back with the b030 as i dont know what the difference is? If anyone has any idea i would be greatful.
2) Am I ok to send my xbox back to M$ even after the recent bannings?
3) Going back to my first statment, is there a permanent fix for it without sending it off? And if so what should i be looking for and looking to do?

As long as your not banned, you can send it back to M$. If you are banned, you wont get through the online forms.

The only other permanent fix is whats called a reflow. If you havent got the kit, then there are some peeps on here that will do it for you (for a price of course)

I presume this is not good:
"The service order did not pass the validation check because of a product flag or another repair order already exists for the serial number."
My next question, anybody able to do a reflow?
Msn is my easiest point of contact, just message me for more details. If i get no real replies to this i'll start a new thread at some point, but an indication as to what costs are likely to be and if it represenets a permanent fix would be greatful.

Hi Joe, I am sorry I cant remember exactly but it was a link off either this forum or one similar, showed some sort of unofficial wiki page with all the original firmwares on. I read somewhere it would be illegal to post links to them anyway, sorry fella.

Firmware Toolbox also comes with the original firmware files, I believe. It is just like modified firmware; as long as you replace the drive key, the rest should be the same.
$38 on new discs -- Check
$15 on burn after burn that showed as a DVD -- Check
$11 on new laser -- Check
$28 on new multimeter -- Check
