My USB Software Randomly Quit Working WiiFlow

This is not the first time but out of the blue and with no new installed mods game quit loading. After selecting the game I just get a black screen. If I hold down the Reset button the wii load into Preloader. Game Included Disney's Sing it, Disney's Sing it Pop hits, Band Hero. Wii Sport did work though. All the game after quickly typing this up use the 223 IOS. I may try to reinstall these. I will get back to you. One of these game is not of my region. One is not my ISO and Band Hero Is my Copy in witch the Original still plays fine.

Maybe one of you recognizes this anomaly and can direct me to the solution.

A thought:

kids are playing Mario Super Slugger Via (USBLoader GX R600) so I can not try and reinstall 222/223. I did realize I had installed the shop update using larrylje 4.2 Wii Shop update portion of his awesome guide. That was for Band Hero because to add points I needed to log onto my Wii Shop account. But still after that Band Hero did work.

Updated 222/223- no change
if I don't use my forwarder but
1. load the HBC
2. Remove my SD card.
Two option show these are from my Fat partition
WiiFlow 222
and
WiiFlow 249
Using either option results in great performance with D-S Pop hist as my test game.

If I launch using my forwarder With a SD card installed D-S Pop Hits did not launch
If I launch using my forwarder and No SD card D-S Pop Hits DID Launch

I will need to go off and research this abit. I did do some quick reading some time ago and remember there is a boot sequence with WiiFlow the includes the SD card. I chose this Program because I liked the idea of the game Images using the USB Drive not the SD card.

I will keep all posted as I find answers for the next person that finds them self in my position. Please input if you have some...

Edit:

In Keeping a log of my progress I found that WiiFlow has a 1.1 release. Not sure what this brings to the table completely but what I'm choosing to do is uninstall the Forwarder I have. Download the 1.1 Light version. (Less themes and only one choice for a Forwarder)
Not completely sure on the upgrade steps so my choice is to start as fresh. Re Download Covers, Go through game settings one by one, and Test (With/Without SD card installed)
