It's quite simple. You need 8 prisms, a laser pointer, and a stick that's 3 feet long. Attach the stick to the top of your 360, then balance the backup on top of it. Hang the prisms from the ceiling so that they form an octagonal shape around the disc. Spin the disc really fast with your hand, while shining the laser pointer through prism A. This will cause the laser beam to be bounced off the other 7 prisms, through the disc and into your 360. The game will then boot, although you will have to spin it with your hand from time to time to keep it working.
Alternatively, you could just do what eebeejay said and read the stickies. There's probably an easier method in there. ;)

Actually know that I think about it, for a noob, the prism technique is probably easier than reading the stickies.

Your question is so vague. You play copied games on a modded 360 by putting the copied game into the console. Question answered. If you've never copied a game or your console is unflashed, you'll find the info you need in the stickies, as eebeejay and I said in our responses.

In this asshole's first post (response to you), I had a little fun at your expense, but this asshole also pointed you to where you need to be (reading the stickies for your answer). If this asshole gave you the answer, it would be the same answer that is in the stickies, except that this asshole wouldn't have had to waste his time typing a detailed set of instructions for you. Anyway, I gotta go now. This asshole needs to get some tissue to wipe himself, from sh**ing all over your hopes of accomplishing your (incredibly easy) task of getting those games to play. Do you recommend Charmin or Northern?
The OP should either read my link, give up on the idea to avoid bannings from xbox live, or if brave enough (and daft enough, sorry but if the amount of people banned recently doesn't make you think twice, you're daft) read the stickied threads as all the info you can eat has been provided many times over in those stickies...
