Ok, I spent more time in Brazil than I would wish to. Been to Rio way too many times. I´m quite proficient in portuguese leanguage.

Now let me picture to you what I feel when I play the new call of duty. I don´t know if I can make the right comparison but here it goes. Imagine a pimped neon car stoping in bronx as you try to enter to disarm a bomb in there. Than this big dark colored fella pops out of it holding an uzi gangsta stile, wearing heavy gold chains, basketball shirt, sunglasses and with a baseballcap turned to the side, many tatoos showing, rapp playing from inside the car. Many like of the like join him and they start shooting at you. Than one of them screams:

"Murder that Gentleman Before he succeed in making his escape!"

In a surprisingly goofy voice and with a monotonous tone.

Really now. The clothings an all are a little wrong but theyre ok(theyre supllyed by the russians so its ok if they don´t dress like traditional Rio criminals). But the screamings... I feel like im in a firefight with portuguese teachers from 1970 or something.

Where do they hire the guys to do foreign voice acting? They could send me a mail and i would record more legit battlescreams for them! Free of charge!(Imagine the girls I could have "hey... you heard that? its MY voiceacting")

And the repetition. A minute doesn´t go by without someone screaming for someone to "rapidly stop my forseable retreat". Damn, I´m not even retreating I´m blazing my way thru to disarm that freaking bomb you got there, mr overly educated criminal. I guess I didn´t care when it was some kind of slamic "hamla-hamla-ha!" I din´t understant beiing screamed over and over again.

Well, I guess I should be happy it isn´t spanish theyre speaking in Brazil. :-)

I fell better now :D

That reminds me of listening to supposedly American characters speaking "English" in anime with the original Japanese audio. So bad.

Very funny. I appreciate your review :)

I will have to keep an ear out when I finally get around to playing MW2. I've got lots of Portuguese-American friends, too... gonna have to make them play it as well and see what they think.
