Hi. I was wondering something. I saw a Rock Band drum set for sale for 45 dollars and wanted to know if I would need the other stuff to play. Now I already have 2 guitars and the game itself, so my question is can I use my existing guitars alongside the drum set? I don't care for a mic as I can pick one up later on, which leads me to my other question. Can the game still be played without a mic? Thanks.

oh and yes i forgot you can play without mic .... u can play 2 guitar 1 drum , 2 drum if ya want, you can do 1 drum 1 guitar !!!! you get the point

but what a real challange and only for the real rock star !!! doing the mic and the guitar or drum at the same time !!!!

I just bought the game and it is requiring me to have the mic plugged in before I can do anything. I can't do this as my guitar and drum are in one usb and my external HD is in the other. Do I have to use a usb hub? I thought I was going to be able to play without the mic but obviously I'm wrong.

i don't have the game, but i do know that the whole set comes with a 4 port usb hub. pelican has a better quality rock band 4 port hub, so i'd look for that instead.
