Nokia has announced today the launch of a charger exchange program after the company recalled 14 million phone chargers due to their risk of shocking users when plugged in. Great quality control...sell 14 million chargers...then try one out and find out it is not just poorly made, but downright dangerous. I doubt 1% of these 14 million chargers will get replaced.
