Playstation store games on 5.50 Gen-D2?

A coworker asked me if I could put CFW on his psp phat. He had two games and a movie he had downloaded from the PSN store on it. I saved the games the movie the license folder and the saved data folder and installed 5.50 Gen-D2 on his psp. After formatting his memory stick I put it all back on the memory stick but I keep getting "the game cannot be started" error when I try to play them. I tried to get them to work on my slim but I get the same errors. Is there a way to get these to play? Or does he have to do without them? And if so are there any differences getting them to work on the phat than on the slim? Thanks in advance

When you install Gen-D2 it should of backed up your psn data in the root of the memory stick there should be a folder name backup, inside is a file called act.dat. put that in flash 2 and your good to go.

Ouch! I didnt know that and I already formatted his mem stick.:( Can he reactivate his account on PSN while on CFW? Or would he have to go back to OFW first? Doesnt matter if he does cause I can always put CFW back on,just curious.

I am currently running 5.50 gen D, and my PSN games do not load as well. I do know my psn login information but when attempting to log into the network, it says I have to update. IF there a fix for this somewhere as I would like to play my PSN games i bought and also log onto the ps store to check things out occasionally

ouchh yehhh umm ,
5.50 gen d2 doesnt work with psn bcoz sony has blocked psp's with lower firmware and therefore in order to use psn store have to upgrade 2 6.00 - 6.20 ofw or just wait and hope that they make 6.xx cfw.

gend3 is due out anytime now, fingers crossed that this fixes that problem but i have not heard anything as of yet.
