Right your banned your DLC is locked out. You can claim it back from your credit card company goods/service not recieved. You cannot claim back live subscription because you agreed to terms for that one but everything else you can claw back. I got all my money back and shame for microsoft they banned me 3 days before renewal date lol They will not post tis on there site obviously because they have banned so many people it will cost them :D

Mines natwest they are clawing it back for me i'm not the only one doing it its perfectly legal as you only agree to terms for x-box live anything you buy should still be available to you. <--- CC company told me that.

your DLC is not locked out, once you move to a new system all you have to do is use the license transfer tool that m$ offers, and all is good so long as you don't move again for another year(honestly that thing should only be 6 months, not a full year)
