ok last time i asked i just got called dumb now i know there is a modchip of confimagic is out there and it is possible to unban your 360 console if anyone reads this and has any ideas please write i dont need dumb people telling me im dumb and it dont work so please someone out there please tell me the info i neeed to unban my modded box.i have a benq drive if that helps

Solder the Infectus 2 chip to an unbanned 360 and then dump the NAND flash. Re-solder the Infectus 2 chip back to your banned 360 and flash the NAND with the unbanned NAND.
Or...
You could buy a new 360.

where do i get the chip and um my box is already banned so could i still use the infectus chip, my punctuation has nothing to do with me trying to find something out you loser get off this site if your just gonna go around reading and telling people how to type you jackass.... but yea back to the box let me know thanx

Your best bet would be to go to GameStop and buy a used console for $129. Next to that, a less expensive alternative would be to buy a RROD 360 from eBay or Craigslist (you can pick one up for $30-$50 shipped) and then learn to do an x-clamp repair. The repair itself takes about an hour tops, and the parts cost only a few dollars.
That would be a whole lot easier and cost a lot less than buying that goofy chip, soldering, dumping nands, re-soldering, ruining two xBox's because you don't know how to solder, yada-yada...

i have spare parts to xboxs i have two different motherboards but both rrod so i tryed to fix them but i cant for some reason it never works for me.do you know any easy way to fix the rrod soo that i can switch out the drive i got to one of my old motherboards
also what does xbox look for cuz i was gonna put my original firmware back on and call them up and bitch but i dont want to look dumb if they specifically know my box was modded

Explain to them that you haven't modded your console, and that this is the way it was sent to you from their factory as a refurbished unit. In all likelihood no matter what you say to them it will fall on deaf ears. You will probably carry on your argument with some call center in India filled with people who could care less about you, Microsoft, or anything except the paychecks that they bring home to their families. They will tell you that they cannot do anything to help you, and this will be the truth. Because they aren't the hand. They aren't even the foot that got you kicked.

ok and im not under warranty... but what i really need to know is if you know what microsoft looks for to ban your xbox. i know they gotta either see the firmware is changed or the discs you use but i know that you stealth patch everything. so would it be better to bitch and bitch and bitch till they unban me and put my original firmware back on or what

You can bitch all you want, but once your console has been banned, you have almost no chance of them unbanning it. The call center doesn't even have the power to do so, so your complaints will fall of deaf ears.
Man-up, you knew the risks, now pay the penalty fee in having to buy a new console.

ok apparently im talking to the wrong people cuz you all dont know anything of what im trying to find out you all keep telling me the same thing not answering my questions so if any one has some real information about what microsoft looks for and i will call and bitch either way just to learn something new but any ways need to know that and want to know what way you have to do to mod it again to unban it with infectus

Look! You obviously are too lazy to read any damn threads around here. NOBODY KNOWS EXACTLY HOW MICROSOFT IS CATCHING MODDERS. There is nothing but speculation. Some say it's the games... some say they can now detect custom firmware installed on your drive, some say they can tell that you powered up the box with the DVD drive SATA cable disconnected... and more say that it's a combination of all of these things that gets you caught.
Read the damn threads. Many people explained what they have done. Some people played it very safe, and others did not. Many are banned, regardless. Draw your own conclusions, and stop creating lame threads like this one.

yup im right with ya got banned, for making some "great additions" to my x360. so i just went out and got a ps3. no joke i think its a marketing technique by microsoft. they ban you, you will buy a new x360, now if they really wanted to hit ppl where it hurt theyd ban the live account.

2)You deserve to get banned if all you do is steal then switch to ps3
3)why do u have to unban this console so bad

Perhaps if you did become "interested" in doing simple grammar fixes such as that, you wouldn't be working full-time as a Walmart cashier until you were 55. Then perhaps you could actually afford to buy your games legally. It is very hard to actually progress your intelligence if all you do is resort to laziness and the inability to actually present yourself with some dignity.

Ok all you people need to get a life. I have a fine job making good money. I just don't feel like buying the games when i can just burn them. Now if anybody else cares to talk about Xbox 360 and not my grammar then i would like to hear from you. If any one has a way of unbanning the box please fill me in if not don't bother putting up a post. Its a waste of time on your part and mine for reading unless that's all you do with your life. Thank you to everyone that has tried to shed a little light on my situation. I know there is a solution out there and i will find it. So once again if any smart person, who isn't gonna grammar check me every time i write, has any information about the banning please let me know. Any one with info about Infectus or Confimagic please come forward. Thanx

even if you get the infectus, YOU NEED AN UNBANNED CONSOLE. so what's the point of getting the chip if you need a new console? there isn't any.
if you want to have everything and stay on LIVE, DON'T MOD. easy as that. buy the games, and you'll never get banned, unless you do something really stupid while on LIVE.
