i am still alittle new at this but i have a browser i want to install on my new wii,i have a drive-key in it by the way, how do i go about installing a WAD file on the new wii and can i use my usb thumb drive? i dont have a SD card :(

hello anyone any advice i dont know weather to do the softmod on my console or if there is a auto installer

First softmod your system and then use the WAD manager to install your WAD.

There is a softmod guide here for version 4.2 and below. If you download the necessary tools in that guide it will include a WAD manager.

Once you take the time to read through the guide you will know what to do next.
