if i don't play on live with my backup and play online with my original
would i be safe from been banned?.

depends is your backup the one you go online with? its a console ban. if you get banned it will be with whatever console you are using thats modded.. if your backup that you dont go online with is the modded one..then your good.

Though they play an important role in the early stage, the techniques should not be too mechanical, complex or restrictive. If we cling blindly to them, we shall eventually become bound by their limitations.

the backup i have is NHL10 and i do career mode so no online gaming but i want to buy modern warfare 2 and intend to play online


my brother 360 dont have live account but is modded is he safe?

Don't post if you don't know what your saying,unless your confused if its one or two xbox's as i am if that is the case then jk. And please search since this has been answered a hundred times but once more.

Yes you can still get banned. Your xbox saves your offline date and tells m$ when you get back online what you did. You are never safe. The only safe way is to not flash your xbox.

Also now seeing your 2nd post only the one account that goes online would get banned but also the console can be banned. Assuming you are talking about the same console which im not sure you are

i thought u were talking about 2 seperate consoles..im drunk also which may have to do with my understanding on certain matters..as for the above postings.. i appreciate you not being a total ass to me but please try harder next time. lol
