I am going to pre-order AC2 today, but I have some questions before I do so.

1.) If I preorder the $60 version from gamestop I get a free level...is there any other way to get this level (like through PSN, or by buying a card at gamestop)?
2.) There is a gamestop exclusive version of the game for $80 with two extra levels. One is the same as the pre-order level, the other is not. If I get the $60 version, can I get the other level later through PSN or gamestop?
3.) What happened to the page for the $80 version? I had it bookmarked, but it isn't there anymore, and I can't find it on the gamestop.com site. I don't care about the doll, the making-of DVD, or even the manual. Truth be told, I would rather have it without the disc.
4.) Is there any way to know if a PSN/discless edition might come out?
