My internet connection is fine but since i have updated the dashboard on my 360 ive had terrible connection on it, sometimes it will hold 4 bars for a couple of games but then it will start rapidly switching between 1 and 4.
i had just left it thinking it would sort its self out over time but it hasnt and its making playing mw2 online horrible.

just wondering if anyone has exprienced the same thing or if anyone has an explanation ?

It's a wireless connection I assume? Possible interference from another source? have you changed any of your settings recently? what encryption type does your network use?

wep , nothings changed and ive even checked everything in my home that would you the internet and nothings on

Could be someone piggybacking on your signal, can you not use a stronger encryption? WEP can be cracked in as little as 3 minutes.
