I have made quite a few backups so far with no problems but now i have a problem. Ive wasted 4 dvds, all of which do not boot/unable to read disc. I have managed to sort the abgx program out, and patched the stealth and video files. But right now im stuck on this "Game partition CRC does not match the verified ini" error. In addition to that, i have checked the iso with mulleter, only to find out that the game is not ixtreme compatible. Every other box is checked in mulleter, so im assuming the ixtreme and the crc are the only problems? I mean, since the iso isnt ixtreme compatible, is that the reason it fails to load on my 360? Any help would be appreciated on how to fix this.

Where are you getting these games from? What firmware are you using on your XBOX 360 DVD drive?

I would say it is a bad rip, try ripping again or getting another ISO. Yes being that the ISO is not iXtreme compatible that is the reason it will not boot in the 360.

Well i ripped the game using the hotswap method. I've tried ripping it twice, but might try again if nothing else works. And its been months since i've kept up to date with xbox 360 modding so.. i am not quite sure howw to check which firmware is on my xbox 360 dvd drive :P Thanks

Which games in particular have you wasted discs on? If you've been out of the loop for a few months like you say, then maybe these games a wave 4 (i.e. Tekken 4, GTA LCS, etc).

NBA 2k10. Its fairly new, but is "wave 3" i believe since it says so in abgx. It could be just a bad or dirty disc then. I'll leave it for now but hopefully if i want to make a backup again it will work.

Ok back again. I've ripped 2 of my other games to my computer, used abgx, and patched them with pffomatic since they are wave3&4. Then I burned them with imgburn. Both games load, one freezes about 10 seconds in, the other says disc is unreadable, clean game with cloth about 20 seconds in. Im really clueless as to what im doing wrong. I was fine a year ago with mulleter, now all this abgx stuff..is making backing up more difficult.

I don't patch games at all, so if that's the reason, I couldn't tell you.

the hotswap method isnt the best to use. I haven't had very good success with that one. You can try setting autofix to 1 in abgx and try again.
