Got a 360 it was a console only, stated has been opened in past and had error 74 recently but worked since so it was cheap. When I collected the box i said im buying due to mine being banned cos it was modded and the seller said "oh i dont know anyone like that" so i took that as the console being legit, BUT.. yes you guessed it, its modded when i checked by putting in a copied game, where do i stand now?

it does but i did kinda imply when i collected i needed an unmodded console i think iv gotta put it diwn to experience and wait for the new firmware and just hope for the best eh?

The new firmware is undetectable apparently, but that's no guarantee that the system hasn't already been flagged for a ban or that M$ will use other means of detection to ban people.

its still got the old dashboard so im hoping its never been online, fingers crossed, i checked the status codes and its saying unbanned but thats no guarantee is it? Im gonna end up with two banned consoles the way things are looking lol
