What games require 4.2u?

I'm on 4.1u and I want to buy dead space, Mario winter olympics, new super Mario and maybe super hero squad. Will these all work with 4.1u?

Yep. Just make sure you have all the IOS's installed.

It doesn't matter what firmware you are on, these could run on 3.4 as long as all the IOS's are installed.

I have 3 of those games running on my machine 4.1u, just to confirm.

Different games use different IOS's again you are confusing IOS updates with firmware version.

Best thing to do is to run the game, if it works then yippee if it doesn't then search for what IOS that game uses, there are a few lists around now.

You then either get the IOS from the game or download it and install via wadmanager, this will leave your firmware version untouched.

Chances are they will all just run.

I will try. When I did his update to mod my system it had me install some new ios. What concerns me is trying to play a new game that carries the 4.2 update. Rumor is that new super Mario will be 4.2. I'll try the others out
