cannot log in to the PSN

i have been having this problem for about three months now. how come the only time i can log into the PSN is between 10pm and 11pm EST. if i try any other time i cannot log in. also when i do log in i get booted within 15 minutes. im kinda gettin agrivated because i cannot figure out the problem. please help, thank you in advance

What is your connection type? Wired or wireless. Do you have a Nat1, 2 or 3? Dial up, DSL, Cable or Satellite?

wireless, NAT 2, and cable. i have 61% conn. my buddy says it should work but i cannot log in at any other time of day

I agree, time of day should not matter unless your ISP is throttling your connection. Do you have your PS3 set with a static IP and router configured for it? Or, static ip with your router set as a DMZ? When you cant connect, do you still show to have a NAT type 2?
If not from America, it may help some of the others to know where you are from and who your ISP is.
