Yes there is going to be 7,164 bans that day. Come on, its like asking if its going to rain december 29th in tampa.

he made me think of something. i read MS was keeping a file of all the ban systems and will be inculding them in dash updates. So even the ones that got banned but never signed back in, legit Xboxs would still see the saves/profile as croupt. Pushing this update out after the banhammer would be a good way for MS to hit those are banned, but haven't connected to live.
