Hi all,
I have just soft-modded my mates wii using the softmod for dummies guide, HAHA I know I'm a novice.
Anyway it worked fine but now when trying to do my sisters I cant get the sd card to load.
I use the same method as before,
wii menu, data management, wii channels, sd card
but when I click the sd card tab the system freezes.
Anyone know why please?

You need to update the system to 3.X firmware or above for bannerbomb to work.

HERE is a list of games and what firmware they have on them. Find a game that has a 3.X firmware update on it and update the system. Then try softmoding again.

Thanks for the replies, as I said I'm a novice at this.
I have looked at the list but it still doesn't seem clear.
Can you recommend a couple of games I can try to update the firmware to?
Sorry to be a pain. lol

Why is it not clear?

It gives a list of games along with the system update that is included with the game. Look for a game that includes a system menu with 3.X (X = .0/.1/.2/.3/.4 etc. etc.) and use it to update.
