Currently it is on 1.6 and since it was banned I really have no reason to keep it on there. Should I downgrade it to something else? Or should I just wait for 1.61 LT to be released.

I would rather not have to use the boot disc.

I'm not sure there is any alternative out there, unfortunately.

You could always patch the games, but I personally don't like the idea of that. If you ever want to trade games with somebody else or if we ever work out this whole firmware mess and you get a new modded console at some point you won't want to use those patched games.

I would really like for C4eva to release a completely non-stealth firmware for the Lite-On. It would be most welcome...
