It's been a while but i've just found my old psp (firmware 1.5), just wanted an update on the scene if anyone can help.

I have devhook running emulated firware i just wanted to know whats new and how it works now, is 1.5 still the only fireware to run devhook and stuff like that?

whats been happening, anything good?

Can we recover bricked psp now?
and are we really on firmware 5.00+ ?

You don't need DevHook anymore.
Just follow the steps in my post here

after the downgrading part, you are already on 1.50.
Yes, we are able to unbrick bricked PSPs now (for over two years actually) and the last official PSP firmware is 6.10.
