I did fast install, it finds all the channels but then all the channels say scrambled chennel when i go on them, can someone help me on this please.

Ensure that Emulation is ENABLED - Menu and Press OK on Language and key in 1968 via keypad and enable the Emulation. That is providing that you have flashed the box and have the latest firmware on your box and it is updating.
