Hi all,

Well yesterday I got nailed by the ban hammer but everything on my hdd is still intact. I have logged onto my profile on the xbox live website & it shows my gamer score.

What I was wondering is that, when I buy a new 360, will I be able to use the existing hdd with all my saves & score on or not ? & will I need to buy a new live subscription ?.

Many thanks

JWAR

Just put your HDD on the new 360, and everything is just as it was before you got banned.

If your profile is corrupt you'll simply have to delete it and recover it from Live.

Wow I thought that because I had voliated the terms of use, my live account would be terminated & that I would have to pay for a new 1.

not sure if its now that simple my gamertag was corrupt whem i put it onto an other console and it would not allow it to recover i had to use an other hd to recover the data then transfer the saves from the banned consoles hd to a memory card then to the diffrent hd before i could get going again.

I know I am, maybe if they discovered something we do know about it would be a better post but just posting the same questions over and over is getting out of hand.

I am sick of all the ban threads and the noobs saying I will now purchase a PS3. Why because you did something illegal and don't want to own up to it. I have both systems but get much more gaming enjoyment out of my 360 than PS3.

And noobs please learn how to search instead of creating posts for the same questions regarding HD's and activate.iso
