i got banned yesterday.. do you guys think i should force a RROD to get a non banned console from microsoft.. my gold account expired a week ago

1.) MS doesn't replace your console with a new one; they repair it.

2.) MS won't repair a banned console.

3.) I am 99% sure that this type of discussion is not allowed on this forum.
