Sooooo like a ton of other people i got banned. which is fine bcause i new tht risk when getting it modded but my question is this,if i buy an unmoded console from a friend that can get on xbl and keep my other banned console just to play burnt games would i be safe just switching the hard drive from one xbox to another or would the xbox i buy get banned too?

no,m$ said the hard drive from your banned console wouldn't raise any flags on a new console. You would be fine
