Alright a few things about this, you can't sell your burned games with this system, that is completely illegal. Second you're better off keeping your legit games to play on your legit xbox. Third the price will vary by what the paint looks like, but if I had to guess I would say about $80.

yea but so is making back ups in the first place lol. still you have a good chance of getting caught, but not so much in America. NOT worth the risk in my eyes, if you sold it all you could easily get $150

Let's not argue the legality of making a backup because it is perfectly legal to make a backup of a game you own. The problem is when you download games, the only way he can sell those backups with it is if he includes the originals also, which I doubt he can do since he doesn't own the original games. Who in their right mind would pay $150 dollars for something that can't go online? Flashing lights and stuff will only get you so far, this system is completely crippled and no one will offer that price when they can get a brand new arcade for a mere $50 more.

Actually you are wrong on that one. It is legal as long as the game has no copyright protection. It is illegal to break that copyright protection if the game has one.

Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

Eisherz is correct.

Under the Fair use Act you have the right to make backups of owned games.

Under the DMCA it is illegal to use Hardware/Software to circumvent copy protection (in any case).

So in order to make that backup of your owned game you would be breaking the law by using hardware/software to circumvent the copy protection.

In any case selling backups individually or with a system is just out right stupid.

Every modern game has copyright protection, therefore basically every game you download is illegal.

With the amount of banned Xbox's flying around Craigslist right now I doubt he would even get that much. Especially considering that alot of people (including myself) just got a brand new Arcade from Wal-Mart for $100.

Only exception is if he didn't tell the truth about it being banned which is a really crappy thing to do to someone.

I don't get this post. Why say in your face mikeismad? He told the OP that he could probably get $80 for the Xbox. The link you provided is at $86. Pretty darn close to what he said the guy would get for it.

That is a pro, not a premium. Pro has a 60GB hard drive. Therefore making it worth more.

Say what? That in a single auction there is a guy selling a banned xbox WITHOUT a hdd AND he's including a backup? That you're a complete and utter failure? Please "say it" I'm begging you.

You're an idiot, he doesn't mention its a backup and I'm sure people bid expecting it to be a legit game worth $60 dollars. But it doesn't matter to me, you have nothing to do other than try and prove someone wrong, seems like you need to get out more.

Stop trolling. Grow up and stop trying to pick a fight on AD. Reported post and I'm sure a mod will come in here and suspend you soon enough.
