Before I start with my question I have already searches the threads for an answer and found nothing.

My question is I have already put my 120gb hard drive on my new Xbox that I plan on playing retail Copys on and had no problems recovering my gamertag and saves. However I now want to purchase a 20 gb harddive for my banned console so I don't have to deal with the corrupt file back and forth between consoles. Basically I am wondering if I will be able to upload disc 2 of forza 3(burned) onto the new harddrive from the banned console because I heard you can no longer upload games onto the harddrive after you are banned. I just wondering if disc 2 of forza 3 would be different since it's not really the game but cars and tracks. Just looking for an answer before I purchase the new harddrive for the banned Xbox off eBay for cheap. Thanks for your help in advance.

Um if it is burned disc don't do it you might get your new console banned. Your explanation was difficult for me to understand. Just rent disc 2 and put it on there

Sorry to male it confusing let me try and explain it this way my new console has nothing to do with anything such as burned games or for that matter is not going to be modded 100% legit.

This strictly has to do with my old banned console. I want to purchase a 20gb harddive for the banned one and keep it offline and use it as a singleplayer game and testing out console. The main question I have is will I be able to download disc 2 of forza 3 to the new harddrive that I will be using on my banned console.

If you are asking if you can install the forza 3 disk 2 onto a banned 360s hard drive then yes you can. You only cannot do a full game installation onto the hard drive but it will let you do those installation files.

Thanks man I appreciate the help. Now if I used a memory card to take my saves from my old 120gb harddrive and move them back to the banned console on the 20gb harddrive would that work as well. I don't care about acheivements just the stuff I unlocked in the game so far.

okay, does anyone know if we can have an unmodded/unbanned stock xbox for live play/legit games, and use a modded/unbanned xbox for our backups/not playing on live? And switch hdd's between the two without getting banned?

both xbox's not banned...but one is modded, the other is not.

With that being said you should be fine unless you Already connected that modded one to live at some point after the mod was complete from what I've seen on these boards and around the Internet.
