'allo,

I've been reading posts about this on other forms and ran into the usual mess of misinformation, mixed answers, and just plain wrongness on the interwebs. I've seen posts back from 2006 before there even was a load-to-HD feature, a yes, no, yes w/ a chip, yes w/ the right software, absolutely not you idiot, ur mom is an xbox, etc...

So I just wanted to come out and ask:

What is the current status on running 360 backups off the HD without a disk?

I've got no problems with my stack o' DVD-DLs here for the 360(other than the Live ban... whoops... heh) but if it *was* possible to set up everything right off the HD like with the XBox Classic I'd jump on that shit in a heartbeat.

I'm assuming no- since the 360 has really been a PITA as far as homebrew applications, but... like I said... just wanting to get a straight answer so I can stop looking.
