eurovox tx scanning problem

hi lads,
have a eurovox tx on evx tx tx23.11.07software.
have lost some channels recently and when i try to scan it will only scan upto about 59% and then stops dead.nothing else happens on it no matter how long i wait.
any ideas?

Before scanning, set box to factory settings, remove all splitters and also, power down unit, on power up do a rescan, should bring 131 services, then turn on emu and you should be sorted!!!

Actually, that software version i think is out of date, reflash with latest s/w and then follow steps above!

tom hi, thanks for your suggestion which i will try, re the software possibly not being the latest version, can you tell me where i can check that and get it if possible.

pm me your email and i will send ya the cdf if ya like its upto date so it will save ya manually imputting the channel names
