Any technical data on USB Update? (Solved)

I've downloaded the Fall09 update from M$ (for USB install) and was wondering if anyone knows if/how the files are compressed or encrypted. I tried renaming them to cab, rar, uha and ran a few programs on them, but I'm not getting anywhere. I'm just bored for the night so any information would be appreciated. Not much there to look at with a hex editor either.

edit. Nevermind, I got far enough into it to stumble across the cryptographic service provider, I'm thinking that it isn't even a sane approach. If anyone has a lead for me I'm willing to put more time in, but I think the hardware guys will have better luck than me.
