Eventual fix to stop banned consoles from corrupting?

Would any of you think that it's possible that eventually someone figures out a way to mod a banned console so that it doesn't corrupt any profile/gamesave accessed?

Awesome thanks. Real quick though, this means that every time I play a game on the modded 360 the profile will be corrupted, and I'll have to delete the profile only and recover it (which takes like 20 minutes) on the unmodded 360 correct?

Why would you do that over and over? Just create a new profile on the banned box for when you play your backups. It isn't as though you will be able to keep your achievements by always using the same GT and recovering it all the time.
