HI I forgot the name of that fix where you just replace the entire motherbaord and dvd rom from another 360 to my old 360.
Also is it just that simple? just swapped the guts from one to another?

Why swap? Why not just use the other Xbox instead?
$38 on new discs -- Check
$15 on burn after burn that showed as a DVD -- Check
$11 on new laser -- Check
$28 on new multimeter -- Check

ppl think they are clever doing this, it'll just get sent off refurbished then some poor sod will end up buying a banned console and theres nothing they can do about it, you may end up scewing ms over but at the same time you'd be shitting on your own kind.

It isn't a fix your talking about, its straight up fraud. I hope you get caught and at the same time, get a console that's already been swapped out. Hahaha... I have a feeling this thread is going to be closed very soon...
