Which application to convert wave 4 to 3 - iXtreme 1.6

I got a banned 360 lite-on with iXtreme 1.6 firmware.

I want to play wave 4 games, but I find the acttivation iso a little bit annoying. Is there a way to convert the wave 4 games to wave 3 so I can play them without the activation iso?

I was told I could do it with a program called 360 wave patcher by soulheaven. But I'm afraid the fimware will consider it a unsafe game and wont run it.

the purpose of the wave patcher is to change the wave four files to third wave files, this means your firmware in your xbox will see the w4 game as a w3 game and will allow it to boot and play fine.
