help for a first timer with flashing a eurovox tx

lads hi,
have a eurovox tx and have been having scanning problems with it.
i believe the latest update is a flash update which i have downloaded to my pc called eurovox tx 22122008.bin.
i have connected the box to the computer using a null cable but can get no further.
i cannot see the box as a device connected to the pc
do i need something called a loader?
does it just transfer a file automatically,,?
the display on the box just says "02"
have turned it on and off and am getting nowhere.
help please?

if needs be am willing to travel in dublin/meath for help and pay for someones time.

click on the above link for both bin file and loader
just hit the download button then switch youre box on it may take several attempts to get it downloaded just be patient wait until flash has burned before disconnecting,if you have any probs comeback to us goodluck

ya that software will do ya just need the loader as jackoooh said
when ya open the loader click browse
find the sofware and then hit the download button

hi jackooo,

did it today and seems to be working , only problem is it still doesnt seem to be scanning fully to 100%,
any suggestions?

once ya have 89 channels your ok my digivox does that to but when ya turn on the box it scans so ya should pick up the rest
