So my console hasnt been on live for over 2 months. has only played 1 backup game. and it E74 error today. so i called M$ for repair and they told me that i cant send it in for repair cause it has been banned. but did towel trick and i can still install and do all the GOOD stuff. so if you not sure if you gonna be banned. call and ask for repair. this is a safe way to find out.

Thanks for the info, but this is old news, you can also do this at xbox.com, request a repair in the support section, if you get an error after you give the serial number you're banned/flagged, if you get an email with the postage labels you're not banned/flagged :)

I have a modded xbox360. I have been playing off line cause when i do sign in i will get banned. Now my 360 has a red lite and says error 74. I can still send it back to get fixed but is that a good idea. Its still under warranty. Will they be able to see that its modded or can any trouble come out of it.
